The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On October 3, 2020, the Defendant made up a loan certificate of KRW 1 million borrowed from the victim D (n, 44 years of age) in Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by saying, “The victim shall have a bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit,” while there are employees and customers.

Judgment

This case is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Code, which can be prosecuted only upon the complaint of the victim under Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Code.

The victim revoked the complaint against the defendant after the prosecution of this case (the agreement of February 2, 2021). Accordingly, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
