1. Facts of recognition;

A. Status 1) A Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter “AF”)

(2) On February 1, 2011, the Plaintiff was merged with the Plaintiff on April 1, 2016, which was established on February 1, 1973 for the purpose of production and life guidance, purchase, sales, etc., and the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of AF and succeeded to the instant legal proceedings. 2) AFF had been in office from April 1, 2005 to April 31, 201, and C had been in office as the head of the partnership. The Defendant was in office from July 16, 2008 to December 31, 2012, E was in charge of sales from August 11, 201, while I was in charge of economic business from February 3, 2019 to December 26, 2015.

The definitions of the terms used in this Act are as follows in the Acts and subordinate statutes related to the economic business of AFF and Article 2 (Definitions) of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act.

Article 53 (Duties and Responsibilities of Executives) (1) Executive officers of local agricultural cooperatives shall faithfully perform their duties in compliance with this Act, orders under this Act, and the articles of incorporation.

(2) Each executive shall be jointly and severally liable for damages inflicted upon local agricultural cooperatives by engaging in any act in violation of statutes or the articles of incorporation or neglecting his/her duties in performing his/her duties.
