1. The Plaintiff; Defendant C is 126,50,000 won; Defendant D is 65,431,000 won; Defendant E is 45,100,000 won; and Defendant F is net.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties concerned (1) A agricultural cooperative is a cooperative established on February 1, 1973 for the purpose of running production and life guidance business, purchase business, sales business, etc. at all members of the J-gun. On April 1, 2016, after the date of the instant lawsuit, the cooperative was merged with the Plaintiff on April 1, 2016, and the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the agricultural cooperative A and taken over the instant legal proceedings.

(2) Defendant C is a person who held office as the representative of the Plaintiff’s association from April 1, 2005 to April 2015; Defendant D was a person who held office as the Plaintiff’s managing director from July 16, 2008 to December 31, 2012; Defendant E is an employee in charge of the Plaintiff’s sales business from August 11, 201 to Defendant F, G, and H as the managing director in charge of the Plaintiff’s economic business from February 3, 2009 to December 26, 2015.

(b) The purpose of this Act is to improve the economic, social, and cultural status of farmers based on the independent cooperative organization of farmers, improve the quality of life of farmers by strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture, and contribute to the balanced development of the national economy.

The definitions of terms used in this Act shall be as follows:

1. The term "cooperative" means a local union or a cooperative by item;

2. The term "local cooperative" means a local agricultural cooperative or local livestock cooperative established pursuant to this Act;

Article 53 (Duties and Responsibilities of Executives) (1) Executives of local agricultural cooperatives shall faithfully perform their duties in compliance with this Act, orders under this Act, and the articles of incorporation.

(2) Each executive shall be jointly and severally liable for damages inflicted upon local agricultural cooperatives by engaging in any act in violation of statutes or the articles of incorporation or neglecting his/her duties in performing his/her duties.

(3) Its officers;
