Punishment of the crime
B는 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 양수, 허위 가점 청약 등의 부정한 방법으로 주택을 공급 받는 소위 ‘ 떴다 방 업자’ 인 C과 공모하여 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 등을 전문적으로 매입하는 사람이다.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had the intent to transfer or arrange the savings certificates, etc. of himself/herself and his/her persons to the above B by requiring the payment due to the occurrence of cards, etc.

B. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant transferred to the said B a house subscription passbook, etc. in the name of the Defendant, an occupant savings deposit account, at the office of the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, Dong-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, U.S., Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
Accordingly, the Defendant transferred an occupant savings certificate, etc. to acquire or acquire the housing constructed and supplied in accordance with the Housing Act.

On March 23, 2015, the Defendant transferred the housing subscription form (agricultural G) in the name of the Defendant, a resident savings certificate, to the said B at the office of the Dong-gu, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Dong-gu, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Seoul-dong, Ulsan-do.
Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to receive or receive a house constructed and supplied in accordance with the Housing Act.
