Punishment of the crime

B는 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 양수, 허위 가점 청약 등의 부정한 방법으로 주택을 공급 받는 소위 ‘ 떴다 방 업자’ 인 C과 공모하여 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 등을 전문적으로 매입하는 사람이다.

No one shall transfer, take over, or arrange for the transfer of, an occupant savings certificate, etc. in order to acquire or supply housing constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act, but the defendant was aware of his knowledge that he had received a proposal to transfer an occupant savings certificate, etc. from the above B, with intent to arrange for the transfer of the occupant savings certificate, etc. to B.

D around September 4, 2014, at F points located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, arrange for the transfer of a deposit account in the name of D, an occupant savings account, to the above B at KRW 5 million and received KRW 500,000 from B in return for the transfer of a deposit account in the name of the resident account.

As a result, the Defendant arranged the transfer of a certificate of savings to acquire or supply housing constructed and supplied in accordance with the Housing Act.

2. The defendant was aware of his knowledge; and
