Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00 and by a fine of KRW 2,00,000, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are the Ministry of Home Affairs.
C는, 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 양수, 허위 가점 청약 등의 부정한 방법으로 주택을 공급 받는 소위 ‘ 떴다 방 업자’ 인 D과 공모하여 타인의 입주자 저축 증서 등을 전문적으로 매입하는 사람이다.
1. No one shall transfer or acquire, or arrange for, any resident savings certificates, etc. to have them supplied or to have them supplied with housing constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act;

As a result, the Defendant arranged the transfer of a certificate of savings to acquire or supply housing constructed and supplied in accordance with the Housing Act.
2. No one shall transfer or acquire, or arrange for, a certificate of savings of occupants, etc. to acquire or have others acquire the housing constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act;
Nevertheless, as the Defendant was proposed to transfer the occupant savings certificate, etc. from the above C through A, the Defendant was willing to transfer the occupant savings certificate, etc. to C.
Accordingly, the defendant is attached in the old world near the apartment house in the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, which is located in July 2015.
