Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

B On October 21, 2014, the Changwon District Court sentenced three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for one year for fraud at the Changwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 29, 2014.

1. On July 27, 2014, around 06:17, the Defendants: DPC located in Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si; Defendant B took the dynamics of other customers; and reported the network. Defendant A had 3,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on the victim’s book, who was locked up on the PC book, and one copy in the market price, which is contained in the victim’s book, and one copy in the credit card of Samsung, Samsung, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongnam, and one resident registration certificate.

B. On July 27, 2014, around 07:17, the Defendants offered the instant Samsung Credit Card to the employees of the said convenience store and received the goods worth KRW 87,400,00 in total, including beer and beer, from the employees of the said convenience store, when the Defendants purchased the goods without any intent or ability to pay the purchase price, even if having purchased beer, and as if they were the lawful holder of the said Samsung Credit Card, as described in the preceding paragraph, purchased the goods.
