A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around August 17, 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened the front door of a light-to-face vehicle parked by the victim D in the Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul Building Parking Lot; and (c) cut off the 80,000 won of the market price in which the victim was in custody in the vehicle combined Stick; and (d) cut off the 80,000 won of the market price in which the victim was in custody in the vehicle combined Stick.
2. Violation of fraud and specialized credit financial business; or
A. At around 02:30 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant took place at H, operated by the victim G in the Daejeon Seodong-gu F, as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Card (Credit Card No. 1) that was stolen, as indicated in paragraph (1), and that she purchased 3 Mads of tobacco with 7,500 won at the market price from an employee who was unable to know the name of the said store, and received the said goods, thereby using the stolen credit card and receiving the said goods.
B. On August 17, 2014, around 02:34, 2014, the Defendant took place at the L convenience store operated by the Daejeon U.S. J victim K as if he was the lawful holder of a stolen agricultural cooperative card as stated in paragraph (1), and it purchased 4 Mad tobacco with 10,000 won at the market price from an employee whose name the store’s name is unknown, and paid the price by using the agricultural cooperative card, thereby using the stolen credit card and receiving the said goods.
C. At around 02:42 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant was committed as if he was the lawful holder of the Agricultural Cooperative Card, which was stolen, as stated in paragraph (1), at the O convenience store operated by the Seosung-gu M N, Daejeon M, and was stolen by purchasing KRW 3,700,00, in an amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 2,600, or KRW 2,600, or KRW 1,100, or KRW 1,100, or KRW 2,00.
