Criminal facts

On March 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on March 18, 2008, and the Defendant was punished for the same crime three times more.

1. On September 11, 2014, around 09:50 on September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim C’s multi-household house located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City by the open entrance to the front of the victim C’s entrance; and (b) cut off one telecom with which the market price of the said victim’s ownership could not be known, and one niferer was cut off.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. The victim E’s intrusion upon residence and attempted theft was cut off with the locker at the time and place indicated in the above Paragraph (1) above, and the locker corrected in the door of the door of the entrance adjacent to the entrance wherein the victim E resides, using the niferer who stolen as seen above, and the toilet window connected to the multi-use room was removed, and the toilet window connected to the multi-use room was intruded into the toilet and the living room through the above window, and the victim was invadedd with the object to be stolen at the victim’s dwelling, and the victim’s body was shotd and sprinked

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and attempted to steals the victim's property.

3. On September 11, 2014, around 10:40 on September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went in front of a multi-household house where the victim F in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City is residing; (b) went in front of a multi-household house where the victim F, as described in the foregoing paragraph (2), and went out with a new attack; and (c) went in front of the victim F’s front door through an open entrance, and filed a report on one of the said victim’s age gympicization at which the market price, which was the victim’s ownership, could not be known.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.
