A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized bane (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on May 10, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 2018, and has the same record of force as in the period of suspension of execution.

1. From December 31, 2019 to 14:00 to 16:00 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into the said building through the entrance door, which was not corrected by the victim C residing in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) went into the said building; and (c) cut off the building up to 4 floors of the victim’s market price, which was located in front of the Fhode, approximately KRW 30,00,000, and stolen the building by having one way for male use in the market price of KRW 30,000.

As a result, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property from that time to that time, and stolen the victims' property amounting to 130,000 won in total, from that time.

2. At night, at around 05:30 on March 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) went into the said building through the entrance door, which was not corrected in front of the Jdong-dong of the I building where the victim H located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and (b) went into the said building; (c) and (d) stolen the said building with a single “non-optos Surger Surcine copic system” amounting to approximately KRW 8,500 in the market price owned by the victim prior to the K door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.
