A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 22:45 on October 30, 2018, when she came to the residence of the victim C and went to the marith; and (b) when she intrudes into the house through windows and destroys the windows thereof; (c) however, she did not go to the wind that the victim has broken out his/her lock and sound, but did not go to the attempted crime.

2. 3. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. 4. Larceny;
