Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Daegu District Court on March 10, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the first intersection of North Korea on July 21, 2016. On February 18, 2016, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny and for a two-year grace period.
[Criminal facts]
1. On March 11, 2017, at around 03:00 on March 11, 2017, the Defendants: (a) discovered and sentenced to theft, the victim G-owned market value of KRW 2,100,000, H 125c c, which was located in front of the FPC room located in Gwangju Nam-gu, Nam-gu; and (b) attempted to steal it.
Accordingly, Defendant A reported the network around the world, Defendant B, using the otobane key (hereinafter referred to as “herbed son key”), which was in his possession of a flat, put the otobb in a stick to the key of the above obane, and Defendant A driven the obane and Defendant B stolen it on the back seat.
As a result, the Defendants, together, stolen the victim’s property from April 5, 2017 to April 02:00, by the same method as the attached Table 1, which was owned by the victims, for a total of 10 times (the total market price is 2,1050,000 won).
2. The Defendants, as stated in paragraph 1, conspired to forge the certificate of abolition of the use of a two-wheeled vehicle necessary to dispose of the stolen misuse, as well as paragraph 1, and, at around March 13, 2017, at the trade secret room located in Nam-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, the form of “certificate of cancellation of the use of a two-wheeled vehicle” was downloaded from the computer program to the number column of the two-wheeled vehicle, “I,” “J on the chassis number column,” “J on February 16, 2017,” “K on the name column, “L on the resident registration number column,” “L on the resident registration number column,” and “on the address column, Ma, Ma, 3 Dong-dong, 110”, and “on the non-highest column.”
