위 E의 비명을 듣고 달려온 피고인의 여동생인 피해자 F(여, 40세)이 피고인을 제지하자 피고인은 위 F의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수회 때리고 옆구리를 발로 걷어차서 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 위 F의 온몸을 발로 걷어찼다.
