A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2014, at around 10:05, the Defendant used the face of the Victim E (E, South and 71 years of age) to drink the face of the Victim E in front of the D Bookstore located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and used the face of the Victim F (E, South and 61 years of age), who was fright to drink it, and used the face of the Victim F (E, South and 61 years of age), who was fright to drink it. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the 112 report and was released after being investigated by the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Police Station.

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that he/she has a weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to the on-site illness:

1. At around 13:40 on November 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim F, who made a statement of damage in relation to the above assault case, in response to the victim F, and followed the victim’s face; (b) taken a part of the victim’s body used on the floor when drinking the victim’s face; and (c) taken a part of the victim’s body used on the floor when drinking the victim’s face; and (d) took part of the victim’s face and head part for approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. At around 10:30 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inflicted injury on the victim E in front of the aforementioned D Bookbook, on the ground that, in relation to the assault case, the victim E made a statement of damage in relation to the said D Book, the Defendant: (b) stated, “I have attempted to die” the victim as “I have died; (c) I have ever died; (d) I have taken the victim’s face on the floor, she has taken the victim’s face on a hand, and she has taken the victim’s body on a hand, and she has taken the victim’s face on a hand, and had the victim taken a part of the victim’s body that was used on the floor
