A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fire prevention of general goods;

A. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:53 on June 30, 2018, at the front of the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the Defendant by putting the banner of approximately KRW 100,000 with fire on the banner attached to the wooden pents of the building, using the log in possession.

B. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:54, at the front of a restaurant operated by the Victim G located in H “H”; (b) destroyed the Defendant by attaching a fire to the banner attached to the building in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph was written.

On June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:56, in front of the “K” building operated by the victim J, which was located in the Won-si; and (b) destroyed the Defendant by setting fire to approximately KRW 2.50,00,000, by attaching fire to the tent covered by the display stand in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

On June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:57, in front of the “N” restaurant operated by the injured party M in L, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the instant structure by attaching a fire to the luminous gate attached to the outer wall of the said building in the same manner as the written in the foregoing paragraph; and (c) burning the structure of approximately KRW 10,50,000,000, such as the luminous luminous light.

E. On June 30, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) served in front of the “P” located in P, which was located in P, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a), destroyed the Defendant by burning a banner of approximately KRW 70,00,00, which is attached to the victim Q Q, owned by the victim Q, in front of the said building in the same manner as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a).

F. On June 30, 2018, around 04:04, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a building in front of the “T” operated by the Victim S S S S S S in the R, which was located in front of the building in the same manner as the mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (a) by attaching a fire to the exhauster banner located in front of the building in the same manner as the mentioned in the foregoing paragraph; and (b) by burning it with approximately KRW 2,00,000, including the above banner and

2. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 04:03, the market price, which is the victim owned by the Defendant, was in front of the clothes of the “V” operated by the Victim U located in R in the Won-si.
