1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 2, 2010, the Plaintiffs admitted to the art department of D High Schools established and operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “D High Schools”) and graduated from February 6, 2013.

B. In 2013, the Plaintiffs supported the art department of the first Hong-U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. at Hong-U. S. S. S. University from time to time (Art. S.S.).

C. According to the recruitment outline for new students in 2013, the first red, American, and Chinese art department from time to time shall abolish the practical examination, select 100% of the number of applicants as non-real-time type art department, and reflect the academic performance of Korean language, English, fine arts, and home 1 (water/social/science) by expanding school life reflection subjects, and give weight to art subjects, and the second-stage screening applicants shall be selected in the order of total points calculated by adding scores according to the proportion of 70% of school life records and 30% of documents.

The plaintiffs' school life records state that the plaintiffs completed the subjects of "major practical skill" (the contents of learning related to art) by "the subjects of art" in the first, second, and first semester of the year, and the second and second grade, and that the subjects of "major practical skill" (the contents of learning related to art). The Red-Interest University calculated the school life records (hereinafter "internal score") without recognizing the subjects of "major practical skill" as art subjects and without giving weight to them.

E. If the Hongdi University recognized the subject of “major practical skill” as the art subject and calculated the internal identification point, the internal identification point of Plaintiff A is changed from 80.7825 to 87.777, and the internal identification point of Plaintiff B from 7.07 to 83.3933, which can be passed on the two-stage screening.

F. Ultimately, on October 25, 2012, the Plaintiffs failed to pass the examination of the first phase of the second phase.
