Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2013, at around 03:46, the Defendant is driving a trop vehicle B at a distance equivalent to about 25 km from the side of the Do of Gwangju City to 0.10% of blood alcohol level in the state of 0.10%, and the Defendant is driving a trop vehicle at a distance of about 25 km prior to the front of 466-10, Echeon-si, the point of accident.
