Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:00 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle from the wheel chairs hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to 10:36 on the same day; (b) from around 25 km to the 131-3rd road in the 131-3rd-dong, the Defendant planned the vehicle to 0.100% of the blood alcohol content.
