Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:30 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant started from the Green Ri of the Seoyang-do, Seoyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-do, and driven approximately 20 meters at a distance of about 20 meters on the street in front of 10 in the Green Ri of the Namyang-do, Namyang-do, Seoyang-do, into the state of alcohol content 0.179% in blood alcohol content.
