A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a staff member working in the B Hospital Planning Office.

The Defendant, due to the lack of office space in the above B hospital, leased and used office rooms located on the 7th floor of D Hospital located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in the case of planning room. The Defendant had installed Mamermeras in female toilets located in the 7th floor of the above hospital, and had the female employees of the hospital look at the appearance of the Mameras.

1. It is evident that September 21, 2014, stated in the indictment for the crime committed on September 22, 2014, is a clerical error (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 82 pages) as of September 22, 2014.

Thus, around 16:00 on September 22, 2014, the Defendant, using a double-face tape in the wall side of the stop tank located in the 7th female toilet column of the building above the 7th floor of the building, installed a string box, and taken a string of the shape in which the string female under the name is viewed as melting female.

On September 24, 2014, around September 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken four times in total as indicated in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crimes, the Defendant: (b) on the front side of a stop room located in the 7th female toilets of the building, by using a double-face tape; (c) taken a boom box on the front side of a stop room located in the 7th female toilets of the building; and (d) taken the shape in which the victim E (V, 31 years old); and (d) taken the shape in which the victim considers the booms over four times in total, such as the list of crimes.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
