A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, and 6 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated a “B” restaurant from around three years to around three years from around 2012, or from around June 2018 to August 2019.

1. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed a black box inside a male and female public toilet in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of public use of the family; and (b) taken a picture of the victim’s name in favor of the guest on April 3, 2014.

In addition, from that time until April 2014, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation using a camera or other similar mechanism, such as the statement Nos. 1 through 9, at the same place as above, in nine times as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table Nos. 9.

2. On February 28, 2019, at around 18:35, the Defendant: (a) installed a string box for vehicles in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E; and (b) recorded the victim F, an employee of the said restaurant, by installing a string box in the plastic box located in the “C” restaurant.

In addition, from August 3, 2019 to August 14:58, 2019, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar device with similar function, such as 10 to 22 times a year table of the crime committed at the same place.
