Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 28, 2018.

1. Around November 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (entry in a public access space for sexual purpose) violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes into a female toilet with the first floor of a funeral hall of a hospital in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, into a female toilet with the appearance of female women to view it as a melter.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places such as toilets with a view to meeting his sexual desire.

In addition, from October 28, 2018 to November 5, 2018, the Defendant intruded into public use places, such as toilets, etc. used by unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire over a total of 11 times, as shown in the attached crime sight table (1).

2. Around October 28, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) observed the appearance of women in fluoral toilets in Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the Seoul) in order to take pictures of dynamics, while the damaged women in name were waiting for covering dynamics, and when they were waiting for covering dynamics, carried out the functions of the cell phone camera in which the Defendant was holding by the Defendant, and taken pictures of the victim’s appearance in which they exposed her part of the cell phone with the upper part of the cell phone in the upper part of the Defendant.
