A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a B car.

On December 13, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on December 13, 2015, while driving it from the southwest-do along the four-lane road located in Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Busan to the earth's intersection, and changed the three-lane.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed when changing the lane and to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking well the left and right of the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in the same direction as the Defendant due to the negligence in the course of duty changing the lanes into three lanes, as it is.

The part of the left-hand side of the city bus No. 6, which is owned by the victim of the E-operation, was received as the side part of the passenger car owned by the defendant, and damaged to be approximately KRW 408,430,00 of the repair cost, and at the same time, the victim G (n, 55 years old) who was on board the bus was in need of approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment of the above bus, and suffered injury, such as the 1 uup of a single uup other than the uup of the lup of the 1st lup.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Compensation Act, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do near the Geumdong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City to the 10km road located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the 10km road in Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
