및 부착명령 원인사실 범죄사실 피고인은 2014. 4. 8. 12:00경 대전시 서구 F아파트 입구 G편의점 앞에서 인터넷게임을 통해 알게 된 피해자 H와 피해자 D(여, 21세)를 만나 전날 렌트한 I 쏘나타 승용차에 태우고 충북 보은군으로 운전하여 가 함께 떡볶이를 사먹는 등 시간을 보내다가 피해자 D가 아이스크림을 먹고 싶다고 하자 H를 떡볶이 가게 근처 PC방에 내려주고, 같은 날 18:00경 피해자 D를 태우고 충북 보은군 J에 있는 아이스크림 가게로 운전하여 갔다가 피해자 D가 승용차에서 내려 아이스크림을 사가지고 돌아오자, 피해자 D를 위 승용차에 감금하여 강간하기로 마음먹었다.
