Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
【Psychotropic Drugs JWH-018 Import】
1. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the 1st underground level, accessed the “D” website with smartphones, and imported 13 grams of JWH-018, psychotropic drugs sold on the website (one-day, synthetic marijuana; hereinafter “synthesis”) 13g (2 10g of “brue”, 10g, and 1.3g of “Tuan”) by ordering the Defendant to pay the 3gs of USD 787.13 (one 876,720 won in Chinese), using the Defendant’s AFC card. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant received the above synthetic marijuana sent from the operator of the said website with international special shipment in the U.S. and received it as psychotropic drugs by way of collecting psychotropic drugs by going through the Incheon International Airport in the Republic of Korea.
2. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant settled USD 589.11 with the Defendant’s Samsung Card (Korean currency KRW 668,277) with the Defendant’s Samsung Card (Korean currency KRW 668,277), and imported 10 grams of synthetic marijuana (name of the goods “bent bent 2”) with the Defendant’s Samsung Card on June 22, 2015.
3. 피고인은 2015. 8. 18.경 위 1.항과 같은 방법으로 피고인의 삼성카드로 757.40달러(한화 859,270원)를 결제하고, 2015. 8. 하순경 합성대마 13그램(상품명 ‘밥말리’ 2팩 10그램, ‘블랙맘바’ 1팩 3그램)을 수입하였다.
4. 피고인은 2015. 9. 3.경 위 1.항과 같은 방법으로 피고인의 삼성카드로 757.43달러(한화 859,304원)를 결제하고, 2015. 9. 중순경 합성대마 13그램(상품명 ‘밥말리’ 2팩 10그램, ‘블랙맘바’ 1팩 3그램)을 수입하였다.
5. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant settled USD 515 with the Defendant’s national card (Korean Won 584,164 won) by the same method as the Defendant’s national card, and imported KRW 10 grams of synthetic marijuana (name “bent bent 2,” name of the product) in September 22, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant imported 59g of psychotropic drugs on five occasions.
