Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From October 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract for the transfer of dredging vessels (JDP-1) with D and caused D to proceed with creaming operations, as a field manager of the dredging line (JDP-1) in Kim Sea-si, from October 2016.

Although Defendant 1 violated the above duty of care, Defendant 2 leaked oil between the end of October 2016 and the end of November, 2016, and leaked the engine engine engine engine engine work to the head stream of the Nakdong River.
