A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and six months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 order group61] Defendant A is the representative director of F(State) of food materials wholesale and retail chain F (State) located in Gyeyang-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and Defendant B is the member of the above A, and the Defendants jointly operated F (State).

From November 26, 2013, Defendants concluded a check contract with the new bank Sung-dong Branch from November 26, 2013, and have traded the number of shares.

On March 18, 2014, the Defendants conspired to issue one check number “G”, “15,200,000 won”, “F (ju) number”, “15,200,000”, and “F (ju) on June 20, 2014.”

On June 20, 2014, the holder of the check presented the payment order to the above bank on June 20, 2014.

However, the Defendants, including the absence of deposits, issued 1 to 7, 9 to 11, and 14 of the annual list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crime, with a total face value of 36,842 million won from March 18, 2014 to May 29, 2014, and did not pay the shortage of deposits even though it was presented within the payment proposal period.

However, in fact H bears the obligation of a financial institution loans of KRW 15 million and KRW 4 million in corporate bonds, with almost no special assets or deposit balance, and receives a demand for the light of the bonds under the status of bad credit holder due to the failure to repay the bank loans, H takes the delivery of the new vehicle by using the same.
