Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

As of January 20, 2003, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 1381,” was a person who opened a party account at the National Industrial Bank of Korea's reservoir branch on January 20, 2003 and issued a party account in his name.

On December 2, 2003, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number “C”, “12,00,000 won”, “12,00 won”, and “1 of the number of shares per bank under the name of the Defendant as of November 30, 2003” and issued date, and presented a payment proposal to the above bank on December 2, 2003, which was within the time limit for presentment for payment, but did not receive any shortage of deposits.

1. As of November 1, 2002, the Defendant opened a party account at a two-dynamic point in one bank, and issued a party account in his name.

On September 9, 2003, the Defendant issued a copy of the check number “D”, “5,00,000 won”, “5,000 won” and “1 December 1, 2003” under the name of the Defendant, and presented a payment proposal to the above bank on September 9, 2003, which was within the time limit for presentation for payment by the holder, but did not receive for the shortage of deposit.

2. As of January 20, 2003, the Defendant opened a party account at the Industrial Bank of Korea branch on the demand of the Bank, and issued the party account check in his name.

On November 28, 2003, the Defendant issued a copy of the check number “E”, “7,00,000 won”, “7,000 won”, and the date of issuance “1 of the check number per bank” under the name of the Defendant, and presented a payment proposal to the above bank on November 28, 2003, which is within the period of presentation for payment, but did not receive as non-transaction.

3. As of January 20, 2003, the Defendant opened a party account at the Industrial Bank of Korea branch on the demand of the Bank, and issued and listed the party account in his name.

The Defendant issued a check number “F”, “F”, “32,00,000 won”, “32,00,000 won”, and a copy of the number of shares per bank under the name of the Defendant named as the date of issuance “F”, and issued a copy of the number of shares per bank under the name of the Defendant and issued the above bank on November 28, 2003 (pre-date check) during the time limit for presentment for payment by the holder.
