Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 205, 2012, from around 20:00 to around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath for the victim, such as “to throw away the victim D (the age of 61, female) (the age of 61, female) who is the business owner of the said dan,” and “Cranran”, and “the youth”, and had the victim take a bath to the customers who enter the said dan, and prevented them from entering the said dan, thereby obstructing the victim’s bar business by force.
