A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on April 23, 2012, the Defendant stolen the cash amounting to KRW 37,000 from a credit cooperative, which opened and intrudes into a c convenience store operated by the victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul, by cutting down the windows in a brush with a brush, and was in a cruter.

On April 25, 2012, at around 02:00 on April 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the glass window adjacent to the carper and intruded into the warehouse; and (b) stolen, with 10 pieces of tobacco amounting to KRW 270,000 in the market price in the warehouse.

Larceny

A. On July 19, 2012, around 03:10 on July 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) laid a steel shed in front of the Hastren car of the victim G, who was parked there, and laid the Hastren car, was forced to open the door, and then cut down KRW 35,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim in the car.

B. At around 07:00 on July 28, 2012, the Defendant brought about KRW 40,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim, who was in a fluence in the second floor of the International Oil Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as well as in the second floor of the International Oil Station in Suwon-si.

C. On August 7, 2012, around 09:00, the Defendant brought about a cash amounting to KRW 40,000, which is owned by the victim, in the above manner.

On August 8, 2012, around 09:00, the Defendant brought the amount of 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the above dormitory.

E. At around 18:40 on July 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door in the Mlearning car owned by the victim L, which was parked on the road in front of KS in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; and (b) taken a new credit card in that place, two new credit cards, one credit card, one national credit card, and one cash amounting to KRW 100,000 in the market price.

On July 19, 2012, the Defendant violated fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act at the victim's P convenience store N in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu around 21:13.
