A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 516"

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. At around 01:00 on March 9, 2018, the Defendant, who intrudes into a street store B with the victim C outside of the building “Sasan City B” and stored a street in the same place, shall not be in excess of 62,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. The Defendant, around 01:00 on March 11, 2018, did not amount to KRW 40,000,000, in cash owned by the victim who intrudes into the place under the above paragraph 1(a) and was in custody of the relevant place.

2. At around 11:40 on June 4, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims in total of seven times, including the property owned by the victims, totaling KRW 795,00,00, in total, seven times from March 16, 2018, where the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the E-high-speed car parked by the victim D in front of “Seoul-si, 10-Do 10, Nabran church”; and (b) took a theft with cash equivalent to KRW 50,000, the victim owned in that way.

3. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny property owned by the victims 23 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2, from March 3, 2018 to 01:24, a total sum of 23 times from the time of “the list of crimes”, the Defendant attempted to steal property owned by the victims, including the victim’s “the list of crimes”, in front of the house located “F in the following city,” which was parked by the victim G in his hand and found in the door-to-door and third cargo vehicles, which were parked by the victim G, and which could not be discovered, but did not come to the unexploded wind.

On May 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the door of LK5 taxi parked by the victim K at the J church parking lot located in the Ha in the Gyeongsan-si I in the 11:23, 2018 and stolen the cash owned by the victims. (b) The Defendant: (c) opened the door of LK5 taxi parked by the victim K in his/her hand; and (d) stolen the 108,50 won in cash owned by the victims.
