A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 절도 피고인은 2010. 9. 8.경 서울 서대문구 C건물 202호 피고인의 집에서, 사실혼 관계에 있던 피해자 D이 집을 비운 틈을 이용하여 안방에 놓아 둔 시가 400만 원 상당의 롤렉스 콤비 손목시계 1점을 가져가 이를 절취하였다.
2. Forgery of private documents;
A. B. On July 17, 2009, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for issuance of a certified copy or abstract of the resident registration, etc. in the above natural Dong office without authority, and without authority, in the item of the person to whom the delegation form for issuance of a certified copy or abstract of the resident registration, etc., kept in the above Dong office, the Defendant stated the name and resident registration number of the Defendant, and forged a letter of delegation for issuance of a certified copy or abstract of the D’s resident registration, etc., which is a private document related to the certification of facts, by affixing the DNA’s name on the side of the delegating’s name, and affixing the seal held in the same manner as specified in subparagraph (2) of the attached Table of crimes, and forged a letter of delegation for issuance of a certified copy or abstract of the resident registration, etc., in the same way, ten times from that time to July 22, 2010.
C. The Defendant is guilty of a loan certificate.
