Ⅰ. Defendant A

1. Violation of the National Security Act (association, communication, and provision of convenience);

A. All facts (1) The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Incheon District Court on January 17, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2013.

(2) The Defendant’s activities constituted an employee in charge of planning the Internet Security Enterprise (L) from March 2001 to May 2001, when the Defendant was at the J High School’s computer and at the J High School.

Since 2004, the Defendant left China for about two years and four months. From July 2006, the Defendant started to sell VPN, which is a virtual private network, and started to produce and sell the OP program, and up to November 2012, the Defendant committed tort in various cyber spaces, such as production and sale of Oto Program, collection of personal information by hacking, DNA attack, and production of a malicious program.
