[Criminal Power] On July 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Cheongju District Court on July 3, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on October 13, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant 2014 Ma105, while under the influence of alcohol, lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions:

1. On April 22, 2014, around 00:25, in front of the Dway located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju, a project owner: (a) attach the cargo pumps to the cargo pumps equivalent to the total market value of KRW 3,000,000, which was loaded on the cargo vehicles owned by the victim E, and caused public danger by destroying the cargo vehicles in excess of KRW 30,000,000 at the market price to the said vehicles; and (b) cause public danger by setting fire to the cargo pumps, which was loaded on the cargo vehicles owned by the victim E at that location;

2. On May 8, 2014, around 00:39, the victim G-owned market value equivalent to KRW 2,000,000, which was set up in the place, was destroyed by a fire on the cover of one unit of the victim G-owned land and caused public danger.

around 02:30 on December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant heading warehouse, the building the victim of which is a structure the victim of which through the glass window installed, into the front of the “J” unit of the Defendant’s operation of the Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) entered the said heading warehouse, which is a building the victim of which through the cryp of the warehouse was installed; and (c) cut off the 5 disease, the f-7 disease, the f-7 disease, the 10 disease, the beer, the 100 won of the market value of the victim’s possession in the said warehouse, which was kept in the air conditioning in the said warehouse, at the expense of KRW 174,50,00.
