Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On July 2, 2019, from around 17:00 to July 17:00, 2019, the Defendant received marijuana from the end of the C market located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by free, the volume of the hemp in question to the persons who have lost his/her name.

B. On August 1, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that he had a hole in beer cans in the beer’s dwelling at the Defendant’s dwelling located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu E building F, and had a smoke by cutting off the marith of marijuana on the above hand and inhaleing the smoke generated with a fire.

C. On September 4, 2019, around 23:30 on September 4, 2019, the Defendant smoked the mariage of marijuana in the same manner as paragraph 1(b) at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon E building F. D.

On September 4, 2019, at around 23:30, the Defendant kept approximately 0.44g of marijuana in a transparent vinyl paper in the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon E building F, Bupyeong-gu.

2. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

At around 17:00 on July 4, 2019, the Defendant received a one-time injection device, which contains approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, from a person without his/her name, psychotropic drugs, from a person with no name, at the end of the C market in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and received a part-time injection device without compensation.

B. On July 5, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu E building F, put water into a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.025 g of phiphones, and injected phiphones by means of injection into the arms.

C. On September 4, 2019, at around 20:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu E building F, put water into a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.025 g of phiphones, dilution, and administered phiphones by means of injection into the arms.
