Criminal facts

1. Defendant A and B

A. At around 01:00 on August 3, 2018, the Defendants smoked by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into tobacco pipe and attaching a fire to smoke in the residence of the Defendant B, at around 01:0, the Michuhol-gu Incheon E building, and the Defendant B’s residence.

B. On August 11, 2018, the Defendants smoked by inserting the ma building of Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and the math of marijuana in tobacco pipes by inserting the f in a smoke pipe.

2. Defendant A and C

A. At around 16:11 on December 30, 2018, the Defendants: (a) divided half of the total sum of approximately 0.4g of the Metrotopian in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, and Defendant A injected two times in a single-use injection instrument; and (b) injected into the left part; (c) Defendant C injected approximately 0.1g of the Metrotopian in a single-use injection instrument; and (d) injected in a way that the water is injected into the left part.

B. At around 12:00 on January 17, 2019, Defendants: (a) 12:00, Defendant A divided approximately 0.4gg of the Metetopian in a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution into water; and (c) dilution into the left arms; and (d) me administered in a way that the Defendant C injected approximately 0.1g of the Metetopian in a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilution into water; and (c) me administered in a way that the water is injected into the left arms.

3. Defendant C, D

A. At around 22:00 on November 15, 2018, Defendants were administered by means of inserting approximately 0.1g of water in a single-use injection machine and dilution into the left part of the building, and Defendant C administered by means of dilution of approximately 0.05g of water in a single-use injection machine, and Defendant D administered by means of dilution of approximately 0.05g of water.

B. On December 17, 2018, the Defendants were administered in such a way that Defendant C put approximately 0.1gg of mert ambamins into a single-use injection machine and dilution water, and Defendant D administered in a way that is to the left part of the body, and Defendant D administered in a single-use injection machine 0.0.0.
