A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period;

On January 20, 2016, the Defendant continued to stay in the land of harmony, etc. of Gyeonggi-do until April 16, 2016, despite the expiration of the period of stay according to the status of non-professional employment (E-9) sojourn (E-9) around January 20, 2016.

2. A person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

The defendant from the end of January 2016 to the same year.

2. While taking over a vehicle of Vietnam's nationality from a person on the street in the king-dong of Sinsan-si, he/she did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant within 15 days from the acquisition of the vehicle of Vietnam's nationality.

3. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) drive a motor vehicle every set set forth in the foregoing paragraph 2, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 8 km from the road located at 1stm in the Bhutan Sea at the time of chemicalization to D before the road.

4. The escape defendant was arrested in the act of committing an act in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, etc. on the front slope E, etc. of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station, which belongs to the Gyeonggi-do Police Station in front of the above paragraph (3), around 22:14 on the same day, and was transferred to the office of the transportation investigation team, and was investigated by the police officer F of the above police station on the charges of violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

When the defendant was examined as above, when he discovered that he had been illegally staying in F due to fear of forced departure from Korea, the defendant F, who investigated the defendant around 23:16 on the same day, stated that in order to take the defendant's fingerprints, F, who unfolded the right side of the wall on which the defendant was living in F, would cause the owner F to smoke, and that F, in order to take the defendant's fingerprints, the police station's traffic survey guidance.
