Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person holding a B's driver car.

1. Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on February 2014, the Defendant received the foregoing vehicle registered under the name of the company affiliated with limited liability C, other than the prosecution, in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, around 08:00 on March 5, 2016, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from around 60 km-dong from 743-9, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to Sungnam-si to the end of the changed Matern Dong-dong.
