A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 2016, the Defendant discovered the loss of the car registration number plate of the vehicle in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-gu, 36, No. 46, No. 36, No. 46, No. 55, No. 56, no. 5, no. 5, no. 5, no. 5, no. 5, no. 5, no. 1, and no. 1, no. 1, no. 200

The Defendant, at the above date and place, put the car registration number “C” into the plastic board in which he had used a virtual and examination-related tape.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. At the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant exercised one motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a forged air unit, attached in front of the vehicle of the above width, as if he were duly issued a forged C motor vehicle registration plate at the same time and place.

3. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a motor vehicle under the name of D around December 2015 by transfer from E of the motor vehicle in the name of D.

4. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of C’s driver car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 17:30 on March 26, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without being covered by mandatory insurance from around 3 km to the front road of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, from around 46, 36, 46, 500, 500, 500,000,000,000,000,000,000.

5. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) from the roads of Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, 36, 46, and (high-dong and high-dong and the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.).
