Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a NF rocketing car.

1. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.117% in a section of approximately 300 meters from the high-sea distance in the Soyang-gu Goyang-gu Goyang-dong to the front road of the Dong-dong apartment located in the same Dong-dong.

2. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary measures after accidents) made a turn to the left at an insular speed at the first string of the wall distance from the elevation of the high-sea market at the height of the two-lane high-speed road located in the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu, Seoyangyang-gu, Seoyangyang-gu.

At night, since it is a school lane, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating steering devices and brakes with the driver of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate the steering gear in the front time of drinking and caused the Defendant to take a central separation wing, which was managed by the Cheongyang-gu Office in Goyang-gu Office in order to repair the said central separation wing to KRW 800,000 due to occupational negligence that failed to properly operate the steering gear in the front time of drinking, and damages the said central separation wing to the Defendant’s front end part of the said vehicle. The Defendant was damaged to damage the wing wing wing, which was driven by the Defendant at the front time of the said central separation wing and then did not immediately stop to take measures necessary for the prevention of danger and smooth communication on the road.
