Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a car with approximately two meters in B, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of at least 0.066% in blood, on the front of a high-sea post office located in Soyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.
