Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2017, the Defendant driven B car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.241% in alcohol, from the front side of a tree converted from a tree located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front road located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-si, at around 07:36 on the same day.
