Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was discharged from active service on March 6, 2019 while serving in the First Class B of the Marine Corps, and the victim C and the victim D were discharged from the same military unit.

1. On January 12, 2019, the Defendant, using computers, etc., withdrawn 130,000 won in excess of the scope of the authority delegated to the victim by the E Bank Card (credit card number: H and password: I) and acquired pecuniary benefits from the E Bank’s cash withdrawal machine, located in the first group 7 joint store of the Marine Corps in Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-gu, Seoul, under the condition that 10,000 won would be lent to the victim F (ma, 20 years of age).

2. Larceny;

A. On January 12, 2019, between 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant: (a) entered, from the cash withdrawal machine located in the first group of the first group of the Marine Corps Group 7, E bank located in the Nam-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, the password, which had already been known in the aftermath of the 20th group of the Marine Corps, the E BankG card (credit number: H) owned by the victim F (20 years of age, south) and then withdrawn 100,000 won and stolen the card on the spot.

B. On January 13, 2019, between 11:00 to 12:00, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by entering the password of the E Bank G card (credit card number: H) owned by the Victim F (20 years old, South) from the cash withdrawal machine located in the first group 7 group of the Marine Corps Group 7 of the E Bank in the Nam-gu Incheon-si, Namcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, Seoul, by means of withdrawing KRW 20,00,000 from the disposal of the E Bank G card (the card number: H) already known

C. Around 16:00 on February 5, 2019, the Defendant was stolen by means of withdrawing an amount equivalent to KRW 1.50,000 on three occasions via an e bankG card (credit card number: J) that received from the victim D (the age of 19, South) from the cash withdrawal machine next to the 1st unit of the Marine Corps Group of the First Group of the Marine Corps, which is located in Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul.

On February 6, 2019, between 11:00 to 12:00, the Defendant had already been aware of the EG card (credit card number: J) owned by the victim D (19 years old, South) at the cash withdrawal time next to the clothes selling place of the first group of the Marine Corps Group of Ocheon-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Seoul.
