A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From February 13, 2017 to November 24, 2018, the Defendant is a person who served as a soldier in the First Navy from February 13, 2017.
1. At around 09:00 on October 27, 2018, the Defendant forged official document documents: (a) at the office of the first unit B of the Marine Corps B located in Yongcheon-gu, Yongcheon-gu; (b) at the office of the Marine Corps B, the Defendant discovered an out-of-the-door type with the official seal attached to the name of the commander of the headquarters of the Republic of Korea, and affixed the official seal attached thereto; (c) at the rank column of the left part of the documentary evidence form, “C” and “A” on the unit column of the right part; and (d) on the front part column, “Dho”, “the due date”, “the special official seal on the parallel column,” and “the official seal from October 28, 2018 to October 21, 2018; and (d) at his own discretion, affix the official seal attached hereto to the aforesaid 20-day number of the public official seal attached hereto; and (d) up to 10-day number of the aforesaid column 16.
Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising official document B, forged six times a certificate of going out of the country to the defendant in the name of F in the name of the military ledger B.
2. On October 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00 on October 28, 2018, presented a forged out-of-the-counter certificate to a military police officer in charge of the duties of controlling entry into and departure from the territory of the Republic of Korea, and used it as if he were actually issued, and (b) exercised a forged out-of-the-counter certificate on 11 occasions by entering a literature-related hospital, as described in the column of the period in the attached list of crimes, from November 20, 2018 to November 18. 20, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant held a forged official document 11 times.
3. In order for the Defendant to carry out online games at the off-line PC room outside barracks, the Defendant was from around October 28, 2018 to the same day on the same day.
