1. Around May 7, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she had access to the “Jinna,” which is an Internet used goods transaction site, at the friendship D’s house located in Speaker C and C and 301, sold a lot of gift certificates, and that the victim E who reported and contacted the sale of the gift certificates would have sold the gift certificates normally.
