Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) notified the Defendant’s lawsuit number to G; (b) issued a false diagnosis certificate to the effect that the said lawsuit was non-permanent due to “an injury” to G; and (c) completed a false transaction contract even if the Defendant had not sold and sold the said lawsuit in fact at KRW 300,000,00; and (d) taken photographs of the lawsuit that the said lawsuit would be deemed non-permanent impossible; and (e) submitted to the Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd. on May 3, 2012, the Defendant submitted to G a false diagnosis certificate, photograph, written contract, etc. to receive insurance proceeds.
The Defendant, from around May 9, 2012, received KRW 762,630 as insurance money from the injured party and received KRW 1,835,170 in total two times from that time by September 9, 2013, including the fact that the Defendant received KRW 762,630 as insurance money.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The defendant and his defense counsel denied the facts charged of this case, but, in the case of No. 1 of the crime sight table No. 1, the veterinarian G prepared a diagnosis form as non-permanent cattle, but did not actually contain non-permanent cattle, and the defendant prepared a false sales contract and submitted it as a document claiming insurance money even if the direct sales contract was not entered into with the sale and purchase business, and the victim paid insurance money in trust with the documents submitted by the defendant, and the sales contract stated in the contract is the sales contract.
