A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On October 18, 2002, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on December 12, 2008, a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on July 24, 2009, a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving) at the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 27, 201, and sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving without a license) at the Suwon District Court on June 28, 201, and sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 300,000 for a fine of KRW 4,614,616.

[2] On August 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 23:30 on August 11, 201, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.216% during blood, the Defendant driven Crane car in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of at least 80.216%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from a section of about 800 meters from the front of a four restaurant to the front of a eight-six-six-six-six-six-six-six-six passenger car in the same city.
