Punishment of the crime

(8) The defendant is sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million on March 30, 2017 to a fine of KRW 7 million on the ground of a violation of the Road Traffic Act, ② a summary order of KRW 2 million on February 2, 2012 to a fine of KRW 3 million on the ground of a violation of the Road Traffic Act, respectively, ③ a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 29, 201; ④ a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul East District Court on December 15, 2010 to a fine of KRW 3 million on the ground of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a fine of KRW 7 million) at the Seoul East District Court on the ground of a violation of the Road Act (a fine of KRW 1,508,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won).

【Criminal facts】 Although there was a history of being punished as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking) not less than twice as above, the Defendant driven the Cranby car in the area of about 40 km from October 21, 2017 to the point at which approximately 341km away from the front side of the front side of the Gyeonggi-si Haak-si, Gyeonggi-si, the 20:50 on October 21, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level 0.123% of the blood alcohol level without the driver’s license.
