Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Busan District Court for fraud, and on September 10, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

around 23:00 on December 19, 2015, the Defendant ordered alcohol to the victim as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages even if he/she orders alcohol, and acquired property profits by being provided by the victim with an amount equivalent to KRW 1.60,00,00 at the market price of 240,000,00,000,000,000,000.

around 10:00 on December 5, 2015, the Defendant ordered alcohol to the victim E, who is an employee, as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay liquor, even if he/she orders alcohol, etc., he/she would be able to pay the price, and he/she received both 1,20,000 won per annum and 80,000 won per annum from the victim, i.e., he/she received both 1,200,000 won per annum and 120,000 won per annum.

around 02:52 on December 18, 2015, the Defendant ordered the victim’s alcohol as if he/she were unable to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders the alcohol, and acquired property profits by being provided by the victim with the total market value of KRW 160,000,000, such as beer 15 illness and beer loan.
