In the case of each fraud described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the judgment of the defendant, a fine of two million won shall be stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the above judgment was finalized on April 19, 2016.

1. On March 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around March 23, 2015, on the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C in Busan-gu B3 Busan-gu, Busan-do around 21:00; (b) ordered an alcoholic beverage as if he would have paid the alcoholic beverage value although he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if ordering a factual beverage; and (c) obtained it from the damaged person, namely, the 103,000 won in total from the tin, and acquired it.

2. On August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around August 12, 2015, 2015, on the main point of “GG operated by the Victim F of the Victim F of the Busan Jin-gu E 2nd floor; (b) around August 12, 2015, the Defendant issued an order of alcohol as if he would have paid the liquor value even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders factual alcohol, etc.; and (c) he/she received from the injured party the delivery of 4 Cick, 1 C, 1 C, 1, 1, and butts, etc., the sum of the market price of which is KRW 61,00,00,

On June 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on June 19, 2016, issued an order to perform alcohol as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders a factual alcoholic beverage; and (b) ordered it as if he/she would pay the price; (c) he/she acquired it from the injured party, namely, by acquiring one bottle of a blue share equivalent to KRW 120,000 at the market price, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 30,000 at the price from the flue.

4. On June 25, 2016, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol, etc. by following the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on June 25, 2016, in M restaurant operated by the victim L in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, even if he/she orders a factual alcoholic beverage, etc., as if he/she would have paid the alcohol value even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price.
